Morning Session	Advanced Group: Visiting other strands Standards & STARTALK Principles I can recognize basic concepts of the WL Standards, Core Practices and the STARTALK Principles Group dynamics in a Globally Diverse Context I can name characteristics that will be beneficial to creating an effective Team with consideration of the culturally diversity typical in California educational communities. Leading Culturally Responsive Meetings I can lead an effective meeting that accomplishes the agenda items and still allows for all team members to be heard. I can treat people equitably during a meeting, regardless of culture gender, sexual orientation, and age. I can employ culturally competent strategies to help us lead an effective meeting. I can be a culturally considerate and effective contributor to a meeting. Advanced Group: Sharing observations in mini-teams I can share what I have observed by framing how these observations apply to different perspectives of leadership.
